Balko Law PLLC — Rebrand & Website Redesign

What I contributed

• Took the client's existing colour preferences, logo mark, photography, and media and shaped them into a new look and feel across the whole site.
• Redesigned Home, About, and Practice Areas pages plus supporting sections — testimonials, contact, and newsletter signup.
• Exported and handed off all digital assets for WordPress implementation after design approval.

Context

Balko Law PLLC is a personal injury firm in Corpus Christi, Texas. The engagement came to me while working with iNNOV8 Web Solutions as a freelancer. The firm wanted a rebrand and a website that read as personal and trustworthy rather than generic legal boilerplate.

Process

I worked from the client’s existing materials, including their green and teal color preferences, the Balko Law logo mark, their photography, and other supplied media, and built a refreshed visual direction around those foundations. From there, I redesigned each page—Home, About, and Practice Areas—along with the supporting testimonials, contact, and newsletter signup sections, maintaining consistency in the practice‑area icon set and the overall rhythm of each section across the site.

Handoff

Once the designs were approved, I exported all digital assets for implementation in WordPress.

Note on contribution

Freelance design engagement. I did the rebranding and website design; I had very little involvment in assembling the page on Wordpress. The logo mark, photography, and colour preferences were supplied by the client.
