CyberFortress
Policy & Risk Score Management Dashboard
The customer dashboard where CyberFortress policyholders manage coverage, review their cyber risk score, file claims, and update account information.

What I contributed
- Designed and built the full policyholder dashboard as a companion to the quote user flow, keeping one consistent product language across both.
- Created the wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for every dashboard area: overview, policy and coverage, risk score, claims, and account information.
- Designed the risk score assessment view, turning a technical security audit into a plain-language summary a small-business owner can act on.
- Developed the entire front end in Vue.js, including the persistent sidebar navigation and the responsive dashboard layout.
Context
Once a business had a policy through the quote flow, it needed a place to live with it. This dashboard is that place: coverage details, claims, account settings, and an ongoing cyber risk score that updates as the business's infrastructure changes. Like the quote flow, I designed and built it myself as part of the small founding team.
Approach
The risk score is the heart of the dashboard, so it leads the page: a single number out of ten, then a detailed summary that explains what's behind it in categories a non-technical owner recognizes — CMS, email and identity, TLS/SSL, hosting, web servers, DNS, and footprint. Each finding is written as an observation plus a suggested action rather than a raw vulnerability report. A persistent sidebar keeps the five account areas one click apart, and the layout collapses cleanly for smaller screens.
Note on contribution
I owned both the UX/UI design and the Vue.js front-end implementation for the dashboard. Third-party brand marks shown belong to their respective owners.
